Candle Care

Never leave a burning candle unattended.  Burn candles out of reach of children and pets.  Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles.  Do not burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.  Only burn this candle on a level heat resistant surface.

Never burn this candle for more than 4 hours at a time.  Do not allow the flame to touch the glass.  On first burn, always burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool.  Ensure the wick is upright above the wax and central before the wax sets.  Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to avoid smoking and damage to the glass.  Glass may become hot during use.  Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and do not relight.

Warning & Burning Instructions

To prevent fire and serious injury, burn candle within sight. Keep away from drafts and vibrations. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn this candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

Trim the wick to ~5mm before lighting. To prevent funnelling, ensure the melt pool reaches the edge of the glass before extinguishing, particularly during the first burn. Subsequent burns should be no longer than 4 hours. Keep the candle free from any foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface.

Diffuser Care

Flammable liquid.  Do not light reeds/flowers.  Do not ingest.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.  People suffering from perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using this product.  Use gloves when handling used reeds/flowers.

Do not place diffuser directly onto polished, painted, plastic or leather surfaces or on electrical equipment, as accidental spillage may cause damage to certain materials.

Wax Melts

A little advice on how to get the best out of your wax melts.

 Wax melts are placed in a warmer and are gradually warmed to melt the wax and fill your home with aroma. Unlike candles, the wax does not evaporate; only the scent dissipates. Once you can no longer smell the fragrance, you can throw away your used wax and start a new scent.

 Place a wax melt into the top of your burner (the wax melts are not suitable in an oil burner).

 Light an unscented 4 hour tea-light and place in the bottom of the burner.

 As the wax melts, the fragrance will disperse throughout the room. Each melt should provide approximately 8-12 hours of fragrance.

 To remove the melt, allow to cool and reset before placing a lit tea-light in your burner for about 30 seconds.  The solidified wax melt should pop out cleanly.  Wipe the dish before using another wax melt.
