Terms and Conditions

Order processing, confirmation and shipping.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We use Royal Mail and may select either 1st or 2nd class at checkout.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipment confirmation

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

 Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Chapel House Fragrances are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Returns Policy

We hope you love our products,  however if you are unhappy we  will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the product provided it has not been used, is in good condition  and in the original packaging. 

Please send an email to amanda@chapelhousefragrances.co.uk if you have any issues with our product that need to be discussed.

If you choose to return your product then we will either:

(i) Exchange the product for an alternative (equal in value)

or

(ii)  Issue a refund (less the original cost of postage)

In either case we will send you a replacement or issue a refund within 1 to 2 weeks.

It is our intention to accept all returns and all goods will be inspected on return.In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. 

Damaged Goods

Chapel House Fragrances are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take any pictures of the damage as proof to send to the courier.
